Vision

APRI seeks to lay the groundwork for Angola´s entry into the international community by establishing academic programs and research groups dedicated to polar science, building institutional capacity for long-term scientific and diplomatic engagement in Antarctic affairs and developing Angola´s first contributions to international Antarctic research missions preparing Angola for eventual accession to the Antarctic Treaty System.
